ive now had 3 pictures in a row declined

im starting to feel like someone has a problem with me and isnt doing there job properly.

im going to upload the picture now

can everyone give me an opinion as to why its been declined!!

the picture size is fine ,

its definately being declined by someone.

looking at ur picture i cant see why there declining it
its obeys all the rules bout pictures

if they are being declined it says "picture declined" in red underneath it
