Games:

on pool you have 5 frames of UK, US and 9 ball where each frame is worth 1 point. I was thinking you could have 3 frames of Arcade, Regular and Original where again 1 point for each frame won. This would be something different from just arcade all the time.

Pools Default System:

normally pool has 2 weeks to play their games. If they dont get played then potty (pot_the_lot) asks the other people to give her their messages to their opponents and gives them a score depending on effort.

if its equal they get 7 points each, 4 in this case.

if one person makes all the effort and the other none, then one gets the full 15 (9 in this case) and the other 0.

this is just a thought, spoke to a couple of people and think this is a good idea.

Mate, im behind you 100%, totally sick of the arcade only. Let's show these poolers that we can do it aswell

The pools system is run by the members. The members that take part actually take it seriously, rather than on here where most take it as a joke. For snooker clans to work as well as pool (this involves leagues, not just simple matches..) an official system needs to be introduced instead of the 100% member run system.

yeah i see what you mean dave. pool has run leagues for many seasons where as over here theres virtually nothing going on. seemed a good idea at the time

Your right its not only the games its the people i have been in a few clans and left because there no games played.
I think the most succesful clans will be the one that only have a few players maybe 6-10 and on regular also with a league for something to aim for.
Some clans have over 20 players jeeeeeez whats that going to achieve.
Just my thoughts.
