i was about to break and the chap left and it just smashed the white into the green lol

yes it is annoying mate but there also should not be any naming or shaming in the forums.

why not, its bad sportsman ship, and people should be aware of people that have no respect for other players.

personally have no problem with people leaving in normal games, i dont like people leaving tournaments tho.

its against the rules mate

If you have a problem with a certain user, use contact us and not the forums.

Naming and shaming is NOT allowed on the forums, it's as simple as that.

Also, how do you know he left on purpose? He might have had to dash off or his connection went etc etc.

Another point...Why are people posting every time it happens to them? I think the problem has already been outlined...

iv searched for this before, where does it actually say it in the rules? i couldnt find it?

the first post wasnt exactly naming and shaming cuz he didnt say anything about the person other than them leaving and thats only staying a simple fact and we could probably find out from his results anyway who it was

i pm him saying why and he said, cant belive i lost to you, why should i stay and see you play when i cant win!!

happens a lot but its is unlucky when it does its just bad timing

Well when im on a break and there is no doubt about it..if i dont no the opponent then they are more than likely going to leave...

I aim the shot, but i go slowly.The oppoenent usually leaves after you pot a shot, so dont play 2 shots in quick succession. i usually wait until the last 10 seconds in a 20 second time limit to prevent this from happening.

there is no way to know when they are going to leave though. They might decide to leave because you are taking too long on a shot instead of leaving just after you pot. Could happen any time.

I was in 30 second game. spent probably 15 seconds deciding on the exact shot i was going to take. They had stayed for 70 odd of the break so i had no reason to suspect they would leave.

its a rare occurence for me a) to get near to a cent and b) to be unlucky for them to leave just as im shooting, still wanted to know if its fixable or what the cause is

happened to me on 72 in original, 4 reds left. I was about to shoot and my cue went in a different direction

is there anyway you can take your shot as they leave like normal without the different direction with cue.

Well im sure its fixable, course it is.

But 99% of Tourny opponents i play, despit me saying "Good luck buddy" and "unlucky" when it was just a bad shot, whenever im on the cent...they leave.

Its must be literally hundreds of cent chances that i lost to a result of the player leaving (as the game use to finish) and there have been about 10 chances where its happened bcoz they left as i shot.

But if you take shots at a slower pace...it doesnt happen as much and reduces the possibility of them leaving as you are about to shoot.
