And just to roll out the old "how to" :

- Go to control panel
- Add remove programs
- Remove all the java versions you see (there may be more than one).
- Clear browser histories including downloaded program files.
- Reboot (even if you're not told to)
- Then visit http://www.java.com for a new, clean, install

ive tried those so many times its been like it for months ive done java checks loads times

I'm afraid no one can really answer your request for help without at least some information from you.

This always happens 2 me and i got the latest java, this what happens, im playing a game and i go to open up find player or games rooms and then it just goes black or white (white if im using GC and black if its FF) to be honest i have had enough of losing points because of this. what can i do. For the record i have tryed to uninstal java and reinstal it and it just keeps on happening. Dont want no stupid comments saying "well dont open up the find people and the other menus"!!!!

did you delete your cookies and history after you removed java? think its necessary to do that to ensure you get a clean new version of java when you reinstall

nick i done a system restore after i posted the originol thread ever since then ive not had any problems so i hope this can answer alot of your futer problems/answers etc
