The players are all seriously good, so its just practise really. Some of the usual tips can make the difference.

crouch
use flashbangs
short burst fire
stay as close to the walls as possible
dont camp unless you know you cant be found

You will play some games with people who are amazing but that's just how it goes!

also another one which annoys me, lay down when someone is shooting at you

and once you have killed a few people in 1 spot move to another otherwise they will know where you are.

I love using my grenade launcher you can get some great kills using that!
