Can we please disable the resetting of your stats, as it is getting extremely tedious losing to players who have a 675-700 rank who were 930 the day before. So i'm losing 20 odd points for losing against someone of huge skill.

I dont care who i play, and if i lose to someone of 700 rank then fair enough, they played well and i didn't. But it is players who are great at the game, and stealing huge points from their opponent when they dont deserve it which are getting on my (.)(.)

It doesnt really give a fair reflection on the player either, I've had this account since i started and never reset, and i am extremely happy that i have 82% win percentage on Snooker. But then my achievement is getting undermined by people who reset everytime they lose 2 games.

We do not reset stats, its possible that someone may use a new name OR delete and re-create the same name in which i think you mean. And i agree with you people should keep there rank and then improve on it maybe something can be done.

or tell every one a month in advance cus all the good players come on about evey day.So the mods can close the website down for a week and make a few changes some pps have thought about

Delete your account and make it again with the same name. This is what i was referring to, not actually pressing a button to get it back to normal.
