How do people get pm requests blocked

if you want to ignore a user then thats the second option down in the pm box when it opens

or

if you want to stop people pming you completely (other than friends and staff) then you can do so by clicking options in the bottom corner of the game screen and clicking the messages tab and the box for ignore all new pm requests

Also.....on the topic, I think it would be good to have an option to block pms from people on your friends list as well.

Sometimes I just want to play the game and don't feel like talking so when I still get pms popping up it can be pretty annoying.

yeah i wouldnt mind this being added aswell.

on a secondary note, if might stop some people creating second accounts just for the purpose of coming on to play in silence
