You know when you're opponent needs 3 snookers in a tournament and the game just ends? I think this should be applied in ranked games, to stop those people who are miles behind and just keep playing. Been on the verge of leaving while I'm ahead many times because of this..

Yeah sounds good for ranked games!....just not friendlys.

Buuuuut........people can still come back from needing 3 snookers.....and in ranked games where there's no time limit, maybe they should have their chance to.

most of the time when they come back though it is because of the leaders frustration that they wont quit

That's why you shouldn't get frustrated.

You say that people come back from 3 snookers, but I think that if you increased it to any more than that, say 4 or 5, it won't be often that this rule would come into act. I think 3 is a good amount because it's unlikely that someone will get 3 snookers and come back and win (unless the player is having a bad day).

destinys done it to me before, having fun and come back from 6 snookers to win, that was a laugh

I wasn't trying to imply that it needs to be increased to "say 4 or 5". What I meant was that it might be unfair to have this rule at all.

If it was brought in though, then 3 snookers seems logical, yeah.

say your 12 points behind, it wouldnt be beyond the realms of possiblity to get two 7 point snookers or a 6 and 7 point snooker.
