quick question, do you get 3 points for a frame win, because the table shows 3pts for you but you won two frames?

if you win 2 straight frames it means he carnt win so its 3 points you get 3 points for winning best of 3. my apolagies for the bad information on this tournament i could of done alot better. but i think its pretty easy enough. any problems just let me no thanks
