i personally feel there should be a pause in the game, but the other player had to consant to the pause as well and the pause can last a max of 1.30 and then the game restarts another things some games just after the break we are just tapping the ball, so i believe Funkysnooker should have a re-racking of the balls opition on which bith players have to agree. i you have suggestions to make the site better post them on here

i think there should be pause becuase sometimes people are called away for a few seconds and sometimes people need to go to the toilet i am sure it has happened to you sometimes. by the way what do you think of my other point

Yep, the other one is a good idea. The pause as well could be useful on occasions.

would you know how we as member can try and change the game and implament these changes

I have edited the title to reflect the main idea posted, as there are several threads regarding re-racks already here.

This whole forum section is for the posting and discussing of ideas and improvements.

The re-rack button will be good, as of the pause button, i'm not for it.

same here the pause button would only lengthen games dramatically

which can be bad for the structure of tourneys etc and also it would put a lot of players off constantly pausing the game me personnally if some1 kept pausing id get bored and leave

realistically this should only be allowed in friendly games.

Why should it be only in friendlies?

I think it should be in both and not only limited but a request too, say one per game and the opponent has to agree to it, and if they don't tough cookies.

well it def shouldnt be in tournament games.

fair enough have it in ranked, if there person agrees they agree if not then you just have to wait until the game ends

Yeh what Deco said, shouldnt be in Tourney games because sore losers could request a break when theres 1 minute left, and if you stupidly accept without realising, then your Tourney hopes are gone.

Im for the this, And what Virtuoso107 said, your opponent has to accept it, if they dont, then wait until the game finishes.

Asfor the re-rack, i dont often experiance tapping the cue ball into the cluster of reds over and over, i just like smashing them up and leaving the game open, but for some people who like to like real life, this could be a great idea.

i think the ideas are good and looking at the forum, most people seem to be in favour of the re rack so can we try and put this into action and have it employed during the game, as for the pause futher discussion is needed

Good Areas

You Don't Get Random Shot
You Can Leave The Computer Without The Random Shots
You Can Pause It And Check Where You Going To Shoot

Bad Areas
People Could Take Advantage And Leave It Paused
They Won't Come Back And Leave You Waiting
