Happend again to me yesterday

the only times it has happened to me has been on the blue, wondering is that just a coincidence or not? has it happened to other people on other colours?

This just happened to me again.
My opponent and I were both 100% sure.
I potted a red and then potted the green, when I potted the green it said that I had potted the wrong ball and gave a foul.
Admittedly it doesn't happen very often, but this is still a genuine problem.
