i go fly-fishing at night. havent renewed my club membership in the last two years though unfortunately.

its so peaceful, out around 10 for a few hours til maybe 1am.

silence bar the swish of the rod and the water.

cant beat it!

now that sounds amazing dec mate, it's the only sport where it's relaxing but yet at the same time thrilling.

i used to go fly fishing and course fishing but then i found out about beach casting and sea fishing which in my opinion is amazing!

just listening to the waves crash against the rocks on a hot summers day or night , whilst relaxing on the golden sand!

biggest was probably a 4lb sea trout.

one of my friends competes in irish and european fishing competitions. absolute animal! casting 250 odd metres! hes finished top 10 in some euro tournaments

wow , he sounds amazing! , my biggest sea fishing catch was something like 120lbs hammer head shark , fighting it for roughly 3--4 hours!

i was only saying to help the mods move it to correct forum nothing wrong with that and i havent posting anything negative.

on the subject of fishing, i haven't had much patience to do fishing, only fished once or twice, 1st fish I could was a rainbow trout in Skegness.

i like rainbow trout , there skin colours is amazing!

Meh! First time I ever went fishing was at my local beach...with a 1 quid extent-able rod. Sat there for ages, until i got a bit, it was a massive crab! Lol

Mind you, I was only 5 ;D Great achievement! lol
