I'd be surprised if this hasnt been brought up befor. The title says it all.

Players leave when they know theyre going to loose. So thats a loss.

The argument is that you can loose connection i suppose. Still, it couldnt happen THAT often.. Just count that as a loss too?! I mean, if that happens, you dont win the game and therefore you lose!!

I try keep my "abandoneds" to a minimum because i like keep track of my win to loss percentages. The %loss is'nt a true stat with "abandoneds".
I could add the stats together but this is what im really getting at....:

Lets say in powersnooker, I'm playing a guy and i know ive no hope winning after 10 minutes, I want to keep my "abandoneds" to 0% but i also dont want to sit there waiting 5 minutes not to win where i could have had two games of arcade for example.

So if the "abandoneds" stat was rid of, and added to losses, which they are.
OR
if leaving a powersnooker game merited a loss stat; players could get alot more games in with honest loss stats!

your abandoned stat is a % of your overall games that were abandoned. it is not related to your win/loss %.

your win + loss % adds up to 100%.

Your abandoned statistic is a separate calculation based on how many of your overall games have been won or lost. if you abandon a game it counts as both a loss and an abandon
