If your opponent leaves a game you get the whole "you may play on until the end of break & then default win..."

But if you leave before your break is over... then there is no game played. "you may play on until the end of break & then deafault win" << that's saying you have to finish your break and then remain in the room.. If you don't finish your break and leave the room, then no game has commenced...

Yeah, this seems like a logic error. Any breaks of the person who left the room first may also have been recorded. Either the game counts (I would say first person to leave loses) and the breaks count OR the game doesn't count and the breaks don't count.

sometimes its longer mate but sometimes mods/admins miss the good ideas.

Well who do you award the win to when you have both quit the game?

The person who was in the game last... I thought that was obvious????

But you've both quit the game, doesn't matter who did first.

Ofcourse it does, the person who remains after the opponent leaves knows they are 100% guaranteed the win, the person who leaves first is admitting defeat.

Have you ever left in the middle of an opponents break expecting not to lose?

and can you disagree that there is not an issue here being that you can record breaks from games that never existed.

to the moderator or admin who changed the title of my topic, it is not only centuries but also runs in carom and half centuries..

would be better if you changed it to Game Events...?

Unfortunately this will always be possible under the present system. Even if it's changed so that default win is given immediately it could still happen - consider 2 people leaving at pretty much the same time (which could happen due to a local network problem) then the game would still be void, but breaks could have been achieved.

I changed the name relevant to what's being discussed within the thread - but, yes any game events can be achieved without a game being recorded.

Although with a new system it could still happen, the occurance of it would be reduced and that would make for a better system. So I guess you can make an update or ignore me...

It's just not a significant problem that will require significant work to change.
