Break ending because player leaves tournament game room

I was in an arcade tournament on for a 107 i was on an 80 with the colours remaining and the opponent left so the break ended why in tournaments doesn't the break continue? When in a normal game it does?

Options > Game > Disable Automatic Tournament Win
