hi everyone just a quick note, i dont like the fact everytime i come on, and there is not any mods around, people tend to swear all the time, im getting bit tired of use of bad language in the members bar, young kids are playing this,

is there a way of managing it when there isnt a mod around ?

Swear filter is in place, but that can be avoided, the only other option you have is to just report them, then they will be dealt with accordingly.

As I have being told on a serious level, if it is filetered then it is swearing and if it's not and wikipedia doesnt class it as swearing then you can say what you want!

(Wasnt told that exactly to the letter but not far off)

If you click on the member's name it opens a private message box - there you will find "a send a complaint" button
If you click on that and then select a reason it sends the chatlog of exactly what was said to Admin for them to deal with.

You can in the same box also click ignore and you don't see anything they type

Incorrect.. It's all about context, just because something may not seem like a swearword, if it's used in the wrong context it could be deemed inappropriate.

Good point Stueyy, I often find things inappropriate although they are allowed and people use that as an excuse.

But my above post still applies and Admin can decide what to do about it.

They won't tell someone of for sending in complaints if they are genuine
