It is a game from a Radio show that has been running since 1972 and still going on Radio 4, I believe, though I only really listened to it in the 70's/80's (the golden age).

I really don't get it lol.

Unfortunately the rules are very long and complex and therefore it is far too impractical to be explained here. The implementation of the game on that site is admittedly the Short Rules (and the infamous Rule 7B of course, without which it would be far too easy) but even that would take too long to explain. The best way to pick it up is by playing the game and if you get stuck to ask me or Baff for help if we are around (although I keep getting confused as to what rules are in and which ones are out and, from playing, I have found that it will allow some Full Rule moves which is a bit odd)
