How do you re-activate a deactivated account?

Says you gotta do it within 7 days, the one i want to reactivate has been deactivated since last year lol

need to ask an admin to do that preferably fastboysam

It's actually an account on pool i need to try and reactivate, who would be best person to speak to that comes on here?

admin has control over both sites so speak to them

only if you ask admin but even then they might not do it, some admins is better to ask than others

I find this very unfair. How can some members be allowed there accounts from weeks,months ago to be reactivated but some members are not?
It's like posting rights some members don't even need to play a game to get them, while others need to. What is point of having rules, when some members can get it while the majority can't.

Would like to see the admins or moderators or who ever does the replies on "contact us" reply to this please.

but if the account is from 10-12 months ago this was before reactivating process came in.

fair enough if it was from a month ago when reactivating was still here but back then once you deactivated that was it, no turning back and some did it out of regret.

There should be no reactivating accounts past 7 days old!

And there should definitely not be anybody making it widely known that accounts can be reactivated once the 7 days are past.

I completely agree with max, it undermines the whole rules system. There is simply no point having rules if they are bent

Further to that, there shouldnt be any advertising particular admin staff will help when others wont etc on this or any other thread.

if you do it within 7 days you get all ure stats back?

after that all you get is the name back.

and not like it becomes available after years up after being deactivated.

it only becomes available if you haven't been on that account in one year.

Why have the rule at all then?

if accounts became available after being deactivated also it would make it much easier and people wouldn't have to ask admins to reactivate

they new when they de-activated back then there was no chance to get it back so their own fault really

Like i said i wanted an Admin or a moderator to reply not people who Think (often very wrong) to give an answer.

Once the seven days are up No one should be given benefits over gettin there account bought back, I know people who have asked to have there's re-activated after 7 days only for the "contact us" to reply with a link to the help centre,
But it is not on when a few members get there's reactivated. Every member should be treated the same.

Everyone is equal.

There may be myths about people being reactivated outside the 7 day limit but that is complete rubbish. The limit is there for a reason.

*Before* the 7 day self-reactivation was introduced, people who it was deemed had deactivated in error (however they managed that! It's not exactly easy!) and who made a case via contact us could, in exceptional circumstances, be reactivated by admin.

Now, however, the limit is 7 days and thats that.

Capped - to prevent it descending into more mythical nonsense!
