Funkysnooker is now on facebook!

To use the same account* when you log in through facebook please link your account through the option found here:

To keep informed with updates click like at the bottom of this page (and every other web page).

Currently I've added the connectivity between the 2 sites (linking and unlinking accounts, playing from within facebook, etc).

Once this is settled future abilities will include sharing result on facebook, playing friends, ability to register and login on funkysnooker with your facebook account, and leaderboards with your friends.

Nice one, Nick, but I did have a problem with opening up the game from within FaceBook directly or clicked on the above link when not logged in here - just got scroll bars and a completely white playing area (if I clicked on the above link when logged in as browsing on this site it was fine though).

Thanks, you're correct there is a problem with new users at the moment. As there's no facebook users this problem is pretty severe for the facebook app!

So, Facebook is failing at the moment, it just needs some config change which unfortunately requires a restart, so I will disable for now and restart tomorrow.

I'll cap this till tomorrow so it isn't bumped.

Works OK now (although it took three attempts to login but that could be anything).

As an aside, are there any future plans to a) provide a logout option (I hate exiting apps by just closing a tab and getting no confirmation - but that is just me) b) have a "full screen" option (would be useful for us original players )

true bud, if i go on facebook ill have to play on the baby table (Arcade).

when i use the facebook app i just get a black screen (where the app should be) ads and etc are still there with and error message at the top left

when i had it it was a long message about java but that got fixed when snooker version got brought out.

its the same message, something about java but mines still broke lol

I've noticed the "We are now on FaceBook" announcement has a clickable link to the app and wondered whether it would be more useful to link to here (or a suitable help screen) rather than the FB app directly seeing as one must already be logged into the game server to see it and it won't (quite rightly) allow you to be logged in more than once.

i just like to bump this thread since my question still hasnt been aswered, my message which it says for me is in a previous post further up, that error message just comes on eveythime i try to go on facebook, its got nothing to do with my laptop/computer or java because i have re installed java and tried numerous laptops and computers, please help

The game was patched today, could you try again?

It may be some kind of security setting, though, because the only significant difference is that the game is loaded from within a frame on facebook.
