Hey,

my laptop crashed a few weeks ago and when it was fixed, I couldn't play anything, just forums and the rest, I click play and I just get a blank white window, it lets me see the ads which is awfully kind of them but playing is better than staring at them usually.

Any help???

try reinstalling java first

eerrrmm........this may sound silly, but how?

now it's saying the required plug-in is not installed

Make sure you wipe the lap top of any old copies of java - "using programs delete/add" then go on the internet and google java download - follow the prompts and reinstall onto pc.

Reload the game and you should be able to play - had the same problems myself from time to time

i find that safari is best to use on win vista

i need java installed again, but i just keep clicking run this time, every time i log on

Try:
- Go to control panel
- Add remove programs
- Remove all the java versions you see (there may be more than one).
- Clear browser histories including downloaded program files.
- Reboot (even if you're not told to)
- Then visit http://www.java.com for a new, clean, install.
