is there any chance of making leagues like, say for example, top league being the best players ranking (750 and up), middle league (650 -750) bottom league (650 and below) just building foundations here but thats my suggestions :)

I think nick does a lot of work for this site and this would mean putting in many extra hours for this to work. The leagues that are in place the moment are good enough and work well. Newbie leagues wouldnt work because it is too easy to get out of the newbie status so the leagues will not effectively be 'newbie' leagues

plus people can intentionally keep their rank low.

If you have leagues then you have divisions with people sorted according to rank. Even if people keep their rank low at first, they will quickly rise out of the division they start in to one that suits their skill level, giving that argument no substance. It may be a factor in the first season or two, but after that wouldn't have much effect.

Personally, I think the best way to sort a league would just be to do it by game type. People are promoted if they win enough, relegated if they lose too many. The argument that Nick would have to put in "many extra hours" for this to work doesn't hold much substance seeing as he is constantly maintaining this website and putting the hours in anyway. It would basically mean him continuing to do what he does right now.
