yer i had the same 2 11am arcade speed tournys and i got drawn in them both.. had to choose 1 to play and get DQ in the other..

System sometimes duplicates tournaments. We delete them as and when we see them but this does happens at times.

I've performed a server restart which should resolve the problems we've had a few times over the last months.
