RESULT: Arcade Tournament - nareik (1) 51-45 (0) 4ndy ok thats the score yer but he fouls on black therefore i can still come back so why is it that the game should automatically end?

Totally agree, but those are still the official rules of snooker. Frame ends on first foul on black.

So the game was 51-38 then he fouls, the official rules that the game ends on the first score of the black (in this case a foul)

Perfectly fine there, nothing wrong with that rule.
