I know we are effectively playing the computer but just an idea to like implement a system which lets you face the computer, and you can set the settings to Amature, Professional, hard and world class. Similar to Fifaaa :). When we play someone now we always have an idea what our opponent is going to do but if its a computer we never know, it could be snookered an bounce it off 6 cushins rattle the jaw an do an over head kick or something.
in all seriousness I'd love to test myself against someone world class. Haven't a clue if this has been brought up before. But i like it :)

Im afraid this would have a bad effect on players actually playing each other. You could mabye just have it as a practice type thing where stats wouldnt count or something to that effect.
If you really want to play someone world class just give destiny a shout mate.

Tbh i dont like this idea, there are sufficient members on FS already, implementing this idea would make players want to play the computer, therefore bringing the amount of played games down, thus bringing less players to the site.
But good thinking

This site is quite rare in term of you can actually play people online, there are 100's of snooker and pool sites on the web were you can play the computer.

my idea from last thread (cba searching) a computer practice partner also showing opponents cursor so you can learn.
Modes:
easy - AI misses about 90% of time (about 10% accuracy)
intermediate - AI misses about 70% of time (about 30% accuracy)
normal - AI misses about 50% of time (about 50% accuracy)
hard - AI misses about 30% of time (about 70% accuracy)
expert - AI misses about 20% of time (about 80% accuracy)
master - AI misses about 5-10% of time (about 90% accuracy)
just practice though, master would be a robot type level.
