Yes it is quite funny, but it shows Evra up for the liar he is.

Taken from the FA 150 odd page report

When, shortly after the match, he went to see the referee with the manager, Mr Evra complained that Mr Suarez had said "I don't talk to you because you nig...". Mr Evra told us that he believed, from the moment he heard Mr Suarez use the word "negro", that this meant nig... The Commission asked Mr Evra why, then, did he not tell the referee that he had been called nig.., as opposed to black. Mr Evra's answer was that even when he pronounced the word "nig..., it was not a word he liked to use.

Funny that Patrice, you seemed to find it quite funny in that youtube clip.

Love this as well!

Lord Ouseley has come out and said ''Throughout the entirety of the proceedings, over the past three months, all we have heard are denials and denigration of Evra. Since the publication of the 115-page report of the findings of the FA's independent commission, Liverpool's vitriol has increased.
''Suarez's attempt at a belated apology is nothing short of lamentable. I cannot believe that a club of Liverpool's stature, and with how it has previously led on matters of social injustice and inequality, can allow its integrity and credibility to be debased by such crass and ill-considered responses.''

Not only is this "lord" funnily enough on the board of the Man Utd Foundation! He deffended price Harry not so long ago for saying Pak... and Sooty!

Couldn't make it up!

PFAI (players football association of Ireland) Solicitor Stuart Gilhooly on twitter today talking about the Suarez - Evra case:

@johnsinnott The more I look at this, the more worried I become about this.

A good piece:

The FA's disciplinary system has been in focus after it banned and fined Liverpool striker Luis Suarez for racially abusing Manchester United's Patrice Evra.

An FA spokesman said: "The FA only pursues cases if there is a case to answer. We must remember we are ruling on sporting merit. Let's make this clear - we're not sending people to prison."

Stuart Gilhooly, a leading football solicitor, described the 99.5% "conviction" rate as "extraordinary".

With none of those 471 cases being overturned on appeal, he said the FA's system needed urgent review.

"A body with that sort of conviction rate needs to look at its procedures," said Gilhooly, a legal representative for the Professional Footballers' Association of Ireland who has worked on a number of key cases for the Football Association of Ireland.

"It is as if you are guilty until proven innocent and that is not in in the interests of justice."

By way of comparison, Crown Court conviction rates were just over 80% in 2009.

Another sports lawyer, who preferred not be named, described the FA as "police, judge and jury all rolled into one".

He added: "Your chances of success before them, Uefa and Fifa are virtually nil.

As Joey Barton found out the other day!

Was coming since the first whistle, what a goal by Simpson.

Bit of a lucky equaliser I reckon though will have to see it again.

1-1 66 seconds between goals haha.

Well after a scare from a screamer, we have took the lead thanks to a deflection by Bellars from a Shelvey shot and an unsavable peno from Stevie Laa.

Hasn't been great, but a lot of changes so glad we are winning.

Wouldn't mind if we drew though, a nice replay just to quicken a return for Suarez!

3-1 up now, Shelvey with his first ever Liverpool goal.

Bellamy has been superb again tonight, what a player.

What about Jordan Rhodes though!? The fella is the leading scorer in England, think its 25 goals in 21 games now for Fartown (Huddersfield), and 5 goals so far tonight against Wycombe. Surely PremierLeague clubs are having a look at him?

Carrolllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!! (missed that goal typing this! :P)

Some Oldham player has just squared up to some young fella in the Kop, and has since been on the verge of tears.

I think he has been racially abused. If so get the cretin banned.

Liverpool and our fans are defending Suarez because we believe him to be innocent, or at worst unaware.

I hate racists and racism, if this is the case he should be banned for life

Oh and Downing polishes it off 5-1

Thing I don't understand is, the altercation with the guy in the stands could have been due to any number of things but just going on Adeyemi's reaction everyone assumes racism.

I am not ruling anything out but I am not willing to speculate and don't think anyone else should do until the truth comes out.

Oh well good result in the end 5-1 with Downing and Carroll getting goals which hopefully boosts confidence.

Edit just for clarifacation... "Merseyside Police deny any arrests for racially aggravated offences at Anfield."

Well David Maddocks (a well known beaut to most of us Liverpool fans) has made back page news with the headline "KOP HIT BY NEW RACE STORM" but on twitter Nick Parrott who works as a BBC sports journalist has just tweeted saying:

@MirrorFootball you're lying - I was near the incident!

Oh and

NickParrottBBC@MirrorFootball police officers in the Kop told me they didn't arrest any fans following #Adeyemi incident

So there we go, lets leave The Mirror to embarass themselves even more from their bias handling of the Luis Suarez incident.

A funny thing happened a few days ago by the way. A few of us Liverpool fans took to twitter to argue our case with some bias journalists around their reporting on Luis Suarez, and Olie Holt who has been laying into Suarez for months has been defending John Terry.

Just as a bit of context Holt is JT's ghost writer, and Mirror Journo and he doesn't think calling someone a "black **** is racist, yet he seems to believe calling someone Negro is. He said that on twitter, and it went down like a led balloon. He asks for an apology from Suarez, yet he still hasn't backed down from his position.

Ollie Holt is a real racist. Sticking up for the Ingerland Skipper, while laying the boot into a pesky South American.

That is the morals of the press for you right there. I'm sick of THEM trying to talk down to US and tell us how we should feel. Just present us the news, we don't want your opinions, you bigoted MANC.

Please edit out the quote with the blocked word in, I know it's a quote but it still isn't something to post on a family site. Also please edit the last sentence, as a mancunian myself I don't like it. Cheers.

This is turning into tribal warfare now. We are all people no matter where we come from or what colour skin we have. As we liverpool fans don't like being generalised as 'racists' on twitter because one or two liverpool fans allegedly were, other people don't like being generalised either as 'bigoted mancs' when the truth is most Mancs are nice people apart from a few idiots at some newspapers in this country.

We have to calm down, remember it is just a game and is not life or death, and remember that we don't want to offend people unwittingly during a football debate and cause animosity.

Mate you seem to have read my post completely wrong. Find me where I have said bigoted mancs and I will apologise. I'm calling Ollie Holt a bigoted manc.

I love mancs! I 've lived with 4 of them for the past 2 and a half years at uni lmao. Top lads.

I'm not calling mancs bigoted, I'm saying Oliver Holt is a bigoted manc. Just as Noel and Liam Gallagher are top mancs!

Just so happens that a lot of the red tops are written by mancs and cockneys (sorry if cockney offends you Derry) who just so happen to be bigots.

Bigoted mancs, bigoted cockneys, bigoted scousers. Hate them all.

No doubt we will be charged by the FA for failure to control our crowd though given their amazing way of dealing with issues involving liverpool. Because of them all Liverpool fans are being branded racist now. A man breaks down to tears on the pitch tonight instantly everyone assumes it was racism just because that man happened to be black. The people who assume that have to take a long hard look at themselves and ask who is the actual racist here?

@ 2good Fair enough just some people might be offended by the manc comment, hell if a black man is offended by someone calling him black then you really have to watch your step! Be careful or you will get an 8 day ban and fined 40,000 tournapoints

Well I didn't think I'd agree with those annoying people who go "political correctness gone mad" all the time but if I can't say manc, I might steal that catchphrase!

I try not to read the red tops, it wont be long before they go out of business anyway. Rags like the Mirror and the s*n are only surviving now because of football gossip and bingo

More and more people want to read real news now. As a country we are getting bored of them giving their opinions, trying to tell us how to think rather than just doing there job and informing us of news.

It isnt the phrase "manc" that I have a problem with when used in civilised conversation, I just didn't like the way you used it which to me seemed an attempt to be offensive (as you capitalised it etc). Also you can't leave the edited word as ****, that's avoiding the swear filter.
