Iv had this problem for about a month now and i have had no reply from thecontact us business so im making a thread about it.

every now and again the game wont let me log in says that my ip address has been banned and then it seems to let me in the next day, i dont know what the hell is going on with it i hyave spoken to budweiser about the problem but he has said that nothing is wrong with it.

it happened again last night where it wouldn't let me log in and im getting pretty annoyed now.

i hope nick see's this and gets this problem sorted for me!!

whats the browser you use? if its Opera then i had the same problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling your browser

it is opera lol, and im not a computer genius, i dont even know how to uninstall and then reinstall lol

Control Panel
Programs and Features (i think but programs you have installed should come up)
Right Click Opera then Uninstall
Follow what it says
Now its uninstalled open IE
go to http://www.opera.com/ and then install the latest version

I just had a look and you've not written a contact us about this matter (your last contact us message concerned something else and was in August). The staff do answer all contact us in a timely manner - but those requiring my specific attention usually take significantly longer as it depends on me being there to answer.



This sounds like you are using a couple of IP addresses. We may block IP addresses if a problem occurs on them. Sometimes the IP address is reused by a number of unrelated people - eg people on some 3G networks have limited IP addresses. Therefore we may have blocked a shared IP address because of another user.

Without knowing the IP address you use when you attempt to play and it's blocked it's tricky to investigate more. For next patch, I will add more information to the blocked address message that will allow you to copy and send us this information, should it happen again.

that happened to me once on opera, I use safari now, goodness knows why loool

happened to me once, the admins at the time didn't know the source.

tyler i would try reinstalling Opera, if that doesn't work then try a new browser

best browser i ever used was Lunascape SUPER fast you would only have to tap the ball and it would fly, only annoying thing is i can only have 1 window open

I may give that a go ya'know!

yh i like opera cos u can push F11 and take away the toolbar and that, i dont think i would be able to get used to any other browser.

and nick the reason with i haven't used "contact us" on my profile is because i haven't been able to log in and the times where i have been able to log in i thought it might just be a one off thing and would sort itself out.

but i have used contact us for the times where i haven't been able to log in and copied and pasted what it had said to me.

i have used another ip address round a mates but only to browse the forums i dont think that i have had a game window open around a mates might of done a couple of times

dgen i will try uninstalling and reinstalling if not il probs just change to a new browser

google chrome also takes away the address bar then full screening

Well... i just use the "internet explorer" /flex :D

I have it right now (2nd time its done it) Opera is the only browser it does it on and my only browser what doesn't lag as much at the moment

its the new Opera and had it about 4 days.
