Its not done because Nick has already said that overall is calculated "on-the-fly" and the max isnt stored

"on the fly means something created when needed."
basically, the overall ranking is calculated based on the current rankings a person has in their stats. The overall is constantly being updated and it never stores the maximum because it isnt programmed to. Nick had some reason for it. Feel free to search the forums for it.
