Theme is ugly, the favicon needs changing, and you need a banner/logo of some sort.

What do you mean by "arcade tour"?

I looked on the forum and couldn't see anything about an arcade tour.
Didn't say it did have to be a work of art lol, I was just telling you what needs improving..
If you want members to join, the first thing you need is to make your forum look nice..
