Unfortunately, he wasn't as lucky as Muamba, and died today after collapsing on the pitch in the Italian league.

Antonio Di Natalie has said he will take guardianship of his disabled sister as she has nobody else to look after her.
Her Mum, Dad and two brothers have both died.
