original tournaments with more seconds like 40. I get bored of rushing round being rushed into shots. I think you'll find snooker more fun if you have the option to think about stuff and be more creative.

good idea mate, the only problem with this is though, the rounds are timed so if you take more time for your shots then the you may not have enough time to complete the frame.

yeah 20 secs more than enough, whats interesting is i like 5 sec games but hate 10 lol.

i like idea brent but people could time waste (good strategy in power) then would get even more complaints.

20 seconds is only fine of you aren't busy doing something else. I'm in favour of longer timer tournaments personally.

30 would be plenty. For time's sake I think 40 might be little too long.

Round times and shot clocks can be adjusted accordingly, however we run a risk of people getting bored of waiting for people to take there go.

An idea is an idea though!

When I played Original I used to play with a 40 second clock. (Or higher for private friendly). Although on 90% of shots you will still play them in normal time it's nice to sometimes have a bit more thinking time for this tougher ones, mainly when your thinking about what positional shot you will play. It's nice to know you have a little extra thinking time rather than being rushed.

Hey if they know pre hand, not like they won't join tournys anymore, so they can just leave, if they get "bored"
