I've worked on the webpages to try to make the pages load faster. In particular a few less elements are loaded each page.

Signup panel has been made simpler to encourage more guests to convert.

Emails templates have been adjusted.

Many minor fixes.

Underneath there are fairly significant changes involving logging in and ability to take part in tournaments / games etc. There should be no apparent changes but any problems please let me know.

In the server. It said Sorry Premium members cannot participate in tournaments.

I was a bit cautious about this.

I had an issue as well, although I'm not a premium user.

I tried signing up for the arc tourney, but got this message:


So I joined a reg game instead, only to find that I had been signed up for the tourney. Luckily, I got a bye in the first round

Another guy joined the room to complain that ads were showing for him despite being a premium user.

I'm looking into this; please join from the tournament web page for now.

Was this thread really necessary since the updates are incredibly minor. I mean changes like this should be being made constantly every day.

I think the reason threads are made after every update incase theres any problems, which there normally is...

If a thread wasn't made then more threads would made by members anyway complaining about the problems, so this seems like the best option so people know why then "mr know it all"

It was actually quite a large change "behind the scenes", also I've setup a new development environment, and further the Javascript libraries (JQuery and others) have been updated so I was a bit concerned about possible problems or some incompatibility that I didn't foresee. However, this this seems to have gone relatively smoothly.

Just a quick question from me. When I try to play the game on Firefox 12 the game doesn't work very well it's very laggy and the screen is constantly flickering white. However when I go back to firefox 3 it's fine. Is there a reason for this or is it just my computer?

Any chance of being able to play using flash player aswell as a java applet, i know it may be difficult but just wondering as i have no pc internet at the moment but have android tablet with flash player
