As you can see (because I am posting) my connection to Funkysnooker is fine. However my connection to the pool site is not very good, I keep getting messages saying Firefox (also tried on IE which never said firefox but IE instead, obviously) can not find the website I am looking for.

I thought it was just server down time anyway and thought nothing of it until I went on my phone and pool was the last website I viewed and it refreshed itself. When it refreshed itself on my phone I could visit the homepage, forum etc etc could log in (obviously not to game screen as this doesn't work on iphones). So I thought the website was back up and running so tried to log on through my computer which again failed to find the server.

I have restarted my computer and disconnected from the internet and reconnected and ran my Ccleaner or whatever it is called to try get rid of some rubbish, all failed, not sure what I can do so I made this thread in case anyone has any idea what is wrong with it.

Thanks in advance.

(I have pictures from both FF and IE if anyone needs to see them.)

Same for me too. I can get onto the site through my phone but not my pc. I know lethal_lure was having the same trouble last night also so it's not an isolated incident. Also tried chrome if that makes any diff and the same happens.

this is weird as i can get on pool just fine, ab_rfc (the_bouncer) asked me last night as hes having same problem as you guys but was fine for me then too.

not sure if its the server this time as snooker is unaffected but you know what link spinner would post if people tried to blame it on the server

The pool site was down yesterday for me as well, although it's a different problem to the usual server issues. snooker worked and also the website I usually use to test (www.isitdown.us) saw no problem.

I think it's just nick telling us that snooker is simply better.

Not meaning to sound lazy but that means I would have to download it, and this computer doesn't seem to like change. I mean I can change rooms and it would get upset with me and just freeze for a laugh because it hates me.

I have had the same problem since yesterday evening, it occasionally allowed me to browse but kept stopping saying couldn't find server. Though I had a game window open and my connection to the actual game was fine, I just couldn't get on the forum on my laptop (Firefox and Chrome)

Tried on my iPad now (safari) and still getting the same problem.

Both times connecting to snooker is fine.

I still can't get on a day later, but can still access it on my phone, this is strange.
