Cursor help please

The cross on the cursor sticks out of the circle, it means i cant line my shot up properly so im playing so bad, how can i reduce the size of the cross so it fits in the circle?

I've never really tried anything but default had a few shots with ghost and couldn't line the shot up.
And I never knew there was a cross.loool

Made me wanna turn laptop on now just to check for the cross. In 2 years I've never noticed a cross. -_-
