micro tournys should go to 15 secs cuz 10 sec is too short,,

when your oppenent pocked white, then have you maybe 4 seconds too make a shot.. you cant concentrate on your shot,

or if you have a diffycult shot you cant pot a shot like that in 10 secs.

i think 15 secs is better for micro tourneys, more time to concentrate

Play faster... 10 seconds is the perfect speed for arcade

10 seconds is better because top players like to take there time on shots and makes it harder for them

I agree, maybe it isn't a bad idea for speed tournaments though especially reg and orig.

what bugs me is i like 5 second games but hate 10 seconds its quite weird. the trick is to do a Ronnie O'Sullivan and think ahead before the white stops you have a few seconds to think about the position.

I once shot in 3 seconds (1 second for spin 2 for the shot) so 10 seconds is easily manageable. I do quite well in quick games especially 5 seconds per shot but in speed tournaments i do quite bad, maybe in the mind i don't know.

but i like 30 seconds as well as sometimes i like to think about each shot more carefully but if you are in quick games you have to think or chat on your opponents shot, i don't mean put them off but because once its your shot (especially 5 seconds) you have no time to think only act.
