My laptop turned itself off earlier and now its stuck on a windows error recovery screen. No matter what I do it just goes back to this screen, tried running it in safe mode, nothing works... Its an advent laptop and its windows vista oh and its bright pink... Doubt anyone will know what to do but its worth a go, maybe its just as simple as re-installing windows who knows. Any advice would be greatly appreciated . If I cant fix it then ill see you all behind the bright light .

If you do try reinstalling Windows, may I suggest a better version that Vista? Windows 95 for example .

system restore it mate? can you get on to the home screen to the start menu?

or when it gives you the option to run in safe mode it should say run at last working configuration or something like that select that and it will restore it to when it was last working hope it works for you mate
