Today I was quite annoyed to see one of Viruses' threads totally dismissed, despite him maybe having a serious complaint. I wasn't there at the time so I have no details on it other than his post.

He posted a complaint on the forum, somewhere he knows he will get a response from the moderating/admin team. So why cant the mods/admin just give him and answer, or say we'll look into it instead of treating him with disrespect. What is the point in not giving an answer, and telling him to use contact us? At least look into it, he has told you his opinion, so why does his opinion need to be written in a "contact us" message?

I just feel that if you really cared about making sure nobody is treated unfairly, you'd take posts in the forum seriously, instead of ignoring them until you get a contact us message.

Riseagainst, im sure that viruses would be able to speak for himself.

This is an online pool game and moderators are being recruited every month, and this is the best moderating structure so far on the site. Im saying this because you constantly question any moderators action.

You talk about ignoring, yet you are ignoring the fact that complaints such as this should not be posted in forums. Or is that rule you do not approve of?

I agree everyone is entitled to opinons which is stating the obvious.

Contact us does work and Send Complaint is also as effective.

Also you state that a moderator or admin is never on to post any reply? Most capped threads need not explanation as it is plainly obvious or described in the help centre. Also staff members try their best to reply as soon as possible, it cannot be as immediate.

Capped and for good reason.
