the word "mistake" comes up alot here. usually a mistake can be fixed but not in this situation. why cant it be?

it may be a mistake to "decline" a tourny invite once... but if you do it twice.... thats just silly.

It can. When you fail the first time (by clicking decline) you get a chance to correct your mistake when the window pops up asking you to confirm.
If you fail again, then at the moment it's over. You're suggesting a third chance, which would probably be failed as well considering the first two failures. (just avoiding the word 'mistake' here )

Maybe the game could send an invite every 30 seconds just in case?

Sometimes mistakes can't be fixed. For example my first child Stephen. That's life.

Just for the record, I based everything on adam saying that something pops up. I've never clicked decline, so I don't actually know what happens lol.
If nothing pops up, then something should!

Why not just remove the decline option and it would just expire eventually :-)
