I think its mainly getting a decent captain to run them.. im sure most of the 6 captains already in the league could easily get another couple of full clans going as there are loads of players.. but not enough committed to captain tho..

Yeah but just looking at the numbers... we consistently have 75-100 people more online throughout the day than pool. Yet they have double the amount of clans. Makes no sense!

Although I'm fairly sure foxy will be back (he was telling me yesterday he had arranged to play both his opponents), dgen can sub in to play it if needed. Although we also need a sub for tornado because he's gone for the weekend. We have rank_stinger and onevisit for that (somewhat active on pool).
