You'd think that having been on here about three years I know how to complain to the admins but I could do with a little help.

The help link seems to apply to making a complaint against someone during a game, how do you do it after the frame is finished.

If you use 'send complaint' then it sends the private message conversation between you and the person about whom you are complaining (if there is one), plus the chat log from the bottom of the screen as you see it.

If you scroll up in the chat box it stops at a certain point, and as far as I know it sends everything after that point to admin as you see it. So you could change game room 3 times and go to the members bar for a bit and it will send everything you have seen, not just the game room you are currently in. Obviously it can't send everything since log on as someone on for 4 hours would have a stupidly long chat log, but I'm sure it sends everything than you can see if you scroll up.

Is the 'send complaint' only in the case when it takes place in a 'chat room' as these were comments that appeared at the bottom of the game screen at the end of the frame.

No it sends everything that comes up in the box at the bottom, so anything they say will be sent.

i have recently joined a clan...''the kings of the table''......my clan leader has posted all the clans pics on the clans forum page....i clicked save pic to pc then tried to upload it to my profile....everytime i do thios it says ''the picture is too large, please try use another one''.....but the rest of my clan has uploaded there pics with no problems....the pic size is right @ 160x120.....why is this happening? and tips people...thanks in advance
