I installed the new Java update, and cant open the pool or snooker browsers...it comes up looking like such...
I am not sure what is going on, as also i couldn't verify java...i clicked "verify java" on java.com and it would come up with a grey box with no words...i know it should come up with a bunch of words saying its verified blah blah lol
Any solutions other than go back to previous version?

Looks like the old multiple install issue which happens so often.
To rectify:
- Go to control panel
- Add remove programs
- Remove all the java versions you see (there may be more than one).
- Clear browser histories including downloaded program files.
- Reboot (even if you're not told to)
- Then visit http://www.java.com for a new, clean, install.

If you do not use the newest version, don't use Google Chrome unless it allows you to select Run this time as Chrome uses the newest java

If you are unable to copy / paste with your current java version, here is the solution:
Update java, but don't uninstall / delete previous version
http://www.shodor.org/interactivate/resources/InstructionsCopyPaste/
follow instructions for PC in this link.
It works fine for me (looks quite complicated, but it's not so hard really)

ok i first installed newest which is java7 update 21..then i had a problem..ok i didnt have a problem with the one i had b4 just thought i would update as i usually do..
then i had probs, so i uninstalled everything and reinstalled new 1 again..still same issue, then i tried doin the previous one, it said this is outdated..so i uninstalled that..
Now dgen suggested update 23, which is java "6" update 23 not java 7..im installing that now./.
