Any admin around who could please tell me if/when my membership expired please?

Logged in today and looks like it's expired but I thought I would have had an email reminder to tell me. So either I've not had a reminder, or for some reason it's not seen me as being a premium member when I've logged in.

I can't remember when it was due to expire, wouldn't be surprised if was about now, but would also be surprised if you hadn't warned me in advance.

You tried your junk mail to see it? Mine has not gone on Pool so not sure where the email would go to be honest but most of the stuff i get from pool and snooker go straight to junk for some reason.

No, nothing in my junk mail, just checked. I get emails straight to my inbox for things like being mentioned in forum posts so I know they have my correct email, and it's working properly.

You should be reminded through the internal messaging system 30 days before, however we deliberately don't send an additional email in this case. If you didn't then there may be some problem. In any case I will test it.

There is indeed an issue with sending the reminder message at the moment. It will be fixed next patch.
