I have an idea... i know, be careful :)

Right, its all good practicing carom, however, I have, hopefully, got a decent idea

The idea consists of players improving their angles.

By being able to move the balls freely to try out different angles, you can practice several shots to master them, or try new ones out that may stump you in an actual game.

Now practice runs may start to turn out high, but i have 2 more sub-ideas. I know!!! but please bare with me.

If you move the balls, then it automatically resets your run

or

Runs will not count, unless you re-rack

this laso had been sugested many time with all games types so players can practise shots. I think that it is a good idea but i dont think nick has had a further look into this yet.

And Nick will not look into this any more. He has previously stated that the only thing he will be doing as far as this game is concerned, is patches. No more new game modes, no variations on practice tables etc

Thats a bit stupid then isnt it as people are gonna be sick and tired of being promised new addidtions to the game but now that not gonna happen.

Before this, he needs to add being able to break as the yellow ball...

So, if you're playing a match and you're yellow and win lag but you've got no practice with the yellow breaking off, you're at a disadvantage before you start the break off...It's unfair..

just play friendlies m8, join games rather than host them

This would also cause issues I presume in regards to the practice carom game as you wouldn't be able to score if you are freely moving the balls every shot.

Also carom has too much variation as it is. By far the least popular on the site. What very little time nick now spends on here should be concentrated on other parts of the game.

v true, would come up with the programme and solutions myself, but really cant be bothered.
