Hi there i am having trouble with my screen in game mode can anyone help?

I have a black space above the adverts which means the table is right at the bottom of my screen and i cant view any of the options to start a new game etc. i have tried re-sizing and also switching from normal to widescreen etc. but it's still stuck.

I am using google chrome if that helps.

i been having the same issue . Also it won't load at times then crashes . I been a member for a few years and its never been like this . All my java is up to date as it sometimes asks this . I am starting to go off this snooker game through frustration . It used be the best out there.
