I had a feeling it was gonna be one of those days. Couldnt hit more than a 30 in the practice frames. You can tell by the breaks how shambolic the match itself was. We must have averaged about 3 open misses per frame. The only thing that saved me was that spirit did his best to match me miss-by-miss.

i can't blow well though so i have to suck in, not good

Mum and Dad always says put a bit of brandy or whisky (can't remember which) in your drink which helps

well i don drink so that wont help , i just drink alot of water and keep myself hydrated , maybe a good night sleep could help too , but hard to sleep with a blocked nose

yeah i'm not much of a drinker either, maybe

my cold normally lasts about 3-5 days but last time i had it for over a month, hopefully earlier for you
