When i tried opening funkysnooker to play it says 'Your security settins have blocked an application signed with an expired or not-yet-valid certificate from running'
This is odd i have never seen this message before any solutions why this has happened?

Yes, go to control panel/programs and go into java. then select security settings and lower the level to medium, it'll then let you in.

That works Storm thanks but why should settings have to be altered as it has never happened before? Bit of a mystery.

It'll be something Nick (site owner) needs to sort out on his java app.

Don't forget, doing this lowers your computers security. As soon as Nick sorts it, you should put the level in Java back to where it was.

No...Just add Funkysnooker and Funkypool as exceptions...then your security wont have to be lowered...

I'm having this issue and can't resolve it - not great with computers just press buttons and expect things to happen.
Tried the security level - didn't work

How do I do this - simple please

Hi Frangmented
Can you get to control panel?
If so
Open up java ( icone looking like a cup of tea/coffee
like so
then you see this
Once here go across the top to security and click on it
click the button where the arrow is
^ this box then appears click the button where the black arrow is..then the field where the red arrow is pointing allows you to type in..type in www.funkysnooker.com and this should solve your issue.
I hope that is ok for you

I'm not.......agh
Now all I get is the grey jigsaw piece telling me it's not installed.
Blimey all this this for a game of on-line snooker that I'm getting worse at anyway.
Should I uninstall jave and try stating from scratch again
