First of all, why is 'no reason' even an option? Is there any single scenario which would justify someone selecting 'no reason' when reporting someone?

Secondly, if I had good reason to believe someone is multi-accounting, which reason should I be selecting? About a month ago I came up against the same 3 players in a row dishing out the same abuse, pretty much word for word. Then yesterday I got deja vu as i came up against the exact same players in exactly the same order with the same abuse. I even correctly predicted which account name was coming up 5 seconds after finishing against the second account, and 5 seconds before the account which I knew was coming in, came in. Call it coincidence if you want, but I know what's going on.

I can't see 'no reason' on there?

But I would say "requires specific admin attention" would be the one for multi-accounting. The others will mainly involve reading the chat log from the game or the private chat but that one will tell admin they need to look into the user themselves as opposed to what they have said.

If you reported someone under that reason for multi using how would know that's what they have been reported for? Wouldn't It make more sense to use contact us?

Yeah contact us would work fine. But the other 3 send complaint options cover most 'chat offenses' so I guess admin would do a background check on the user if they saw 'requires specific admin attention'. I'm only guessing of course as they don't tell us mods anything . You'll have to ask one

Well If they won't tell you what are the chances of them telling us lol. I reported someone before on pool through contact us for using 2 accounts in clan games and one of the accounts was banned straight away so that seemed like the best way.

I thought the complaint system was just for reporting abusive users, which I don't report anyway as they are entertaining watching them spit there dummy over an online game

Well they've only not told me because I've never asked . The downside with contact us is that no logs are sent. In the situation d_legend was talking about the player was saying the exact same thing on all 3 accounts so sending the chat logs would give good evidence of it being the same person.

problem is with contact us sometimes takes weeks or months to reply from experience but hopefully with some new active admin its down to 7 days.

i always pm an admin (Sam usually) as i normally get a quicker reponse, Sam (Neutral), Baff (Snooks) & Flapjack (Pool) are the three to talk to

Thanks, I'm only just learning about 'contact us', all I knew about was in game when you click on someone's account and the chat box opens up, then you click send complaint. One of the reasons is 'no reason', I find that very strange.
