Obviously I don't have anything against eri as a person, at all, I just don't understand the concept of a 'non playing captain' .. Seems a little like glory hunting in a way, surrounding yourself with the best players for a cert win without having to do much other than sending in the lineups.. The way I see it is (and I did post on the discussion thread about it) a 'non playing captain' is someone taking an extra player that could have gone to a clan that truly needs the players.. But of course you're the 'best clan' so the 'best' want to be there.. Still not sure why you needed all 10 though! But that's my cents worth lol .. And of course again, I have no personal gripe with eri at all he's always been lovely to me.

Yeah the extra player could have gone to another clan, but dont think he was ever asked. So better have him in the leagues than not.

As for me being a non playing captain, i dont play snooker at all. Im fairly busy atm and i have pool games to play. I took over the clan as at the time no one wanted to captain this side so it would fold. If someone else wants to take over this clan then i have no problems with it Im only helping in managing it, and of course ill try to make this clan winning with as much as I can.

If eri didn't sign the players he has then they might not of wanted to join another team, just like miss_harriet and legend_pot who don't look to be joining another team.

True, and I agree to a point and I do think that if people want to captain a team without playing then that's their choice and their right. But that maybe there should have been some kind of rule that states should a captain choose to do that then it doesn't make a difference to the numbers of the clan, so only 10 allowed and either the captain plays and it remains at 10 or the captain chooses not to so then only 9 play, and my only reasoning is the numbers in other clans that can't quite make 10 etc. But I'm pretty sure CoD will hit 10 and as far as I'm aware the other clans are already full so it's not terribly important as it stands.

Yeah, were on 9 too but for now will remain as 9 unless Jimmy chooses to come back and play Arc If were struggling we could maybe coax another Pooler into joining.

Think its fine regarding non-playing captain but i do think they should be on teamlist (personal preference not from a runner standpoint) as it makes them an official part of the league.

Think it should go in discussion though and hopefully won't take years to fill

If there was a few non playing captains then I'd totally agree with this, but I think most captains enjoy playing so unless there's anyone else that would prefer to just run there clan and not play any games I can't see this been much of an issue. Your team is looking great now!!

Sorry guys net was cut off Sunday Dinner until now, Bill wasn't paid but dad was going to use his Skybet winnings to pay but didn't get put in so he couldn't. I didn't know about the bill until it went off on Sunday so had no way of knowing
