Its very old, older than D&C in fact but still got good tips, only thing i will add is some breakoffs there on videos use cushion first. This was outlawed later and you have to hit red first now

Once i get a decent recorder (On Bandicam but FPS isn't good enough) then i will try and update the video to view more tips. Upgrading Tower *hopefully* next week so i'm hoping it helps
