Should be a link above to Torch, try that mate.

Also make sure your on Java 8 Update 31 or less, in the link above Torch is a Java download link.

Make sure to remove newer versions from computer

So if your getting errors or the game simply gives you a black screen ... try this!

- Go to control panel
- Add remove programs
- Remove all the java versions you see (there may be more than one).
- Clear browser histories including downloaded program files (You can do this by downloading Ccleaner).
- Reboot (even if you're not told to)
- Then visit http://java.com/en/download/manual_java7.jsp for an old, install.

Then if your on Chrome switch to Torch, Opera or Firefox

- Go to control panel
- Add remove programs
- Remove google chrome
- Then visit http://www.torchbrowser.com/

Have you got to remove Chrome in order for these changes to take affect? I've downloaded several recommended browsers and the old Java version but it's still not working. I'm reluctant to remove Chrome completely!

Unless you do that flag thing previously mentioned then you will have to remove Chrome.

chrome://flags/#enable-npapi

I did a search, using CTRL+F and search for java then clicked enable where it had java in the description and also enabled NPAPI plug-in.

This is a temporary fix as heard Chrome will be blocking Java later in the year. If you feel home with Chrome then download Torch which is a better version
