I just updated my java and I just give the game another try and I can play again finally, though only in IE. I don't know if it will work for anyone else but I thought I would leave that in here if there are still people struggling to get on. I only just installed the latest java though, so not run into any bugs or freezes yet.

It should work on Firefox as well

I think I never had any probs with FF and any JAVA Version.
